Nuvia recently held the grand opening of a new Radiological Protection Training Centre / Project Office. The new centre has been established, near Bruce Power, to support and provide radiation protection services to the Major Component Replacement (MCR) project at Bruce Power Station, Ontario, Canada.
On Tuesday, March 26th, Nuvia officially cut the ribbon to open the doors of the new centre, where we have already begun to train Radiation Protection Technicians, in response to Bruce Power’s MCR project. Nuvia is the latest, and one of many new companies, to set up a local office as part of the supply chain support to Bruce Power.
Attendees at the event included, the CEO of Bruce Power, Mike Rencheck, along with other Bruce Power executives as well as local politicians, local media, other local contractors and Nuvia staff.
