New Owners for NUKEM Limited - Sale to Freyssinet SAS

On 16 May, Advent International completed the sale of NUKEM Limited, the UK arm of the international NUKEM Group. NUKEM Limited’s new parent Company is now Freyssinet SAS, a wholly owned subsidiary of VINCI. Freyssinet has an impressive international network and an enviable reputation in the French nuclear market. VINCI is the largest company in construction and related services worldwide.
In the short term, NUKEM will continue to trade under its registered name NUKEM Limited.
