Completion of Sale

NUKEM is very pleased to announce the close of the sale of RWE Solutions to the global private equity group Advent International. We are now NUKEM Limited. Our Company name has been re-registered and a new brand has been launched.
NUKEM’s Managing Director, Dr Michael Down said “The Directors and I are delighted that all the legal issues are now out of the way and that we can focus on moving forward and developing our business. As I said in May, this change in ownership is very exciting and opens many opportunities for us. Our shareholders are an enthusiastic and successful team and their only interest is in making all the NUKEM Group companies even more successful: they firmly believe in the future of the nuclear market – here in the UK and throughout the world. The Directors and I are looking forward to working with you all in this new environment which promises quicker decisions and positive support for new initiatives.
