We are constantly looking for highly motivated and committed graduates from the following disciplines, all of whom will have a vital role to play within our organisation:-

In any role you will need to show determination, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. We also expect a number of our graduates to possess the commercial flair, initiative and leadership qualities to develop into our managers of the future.

Your Development
Our graduate programme is designed to meet your needs and the future needs of the business; as such there is no fixed path. In the initial two years you will receive support to build your technical and business skills which will act as a platform to launch your career.

You will work with your line manager and mentor to create an individual development plan to suit your career aspirations. We have links with professional engineering bodies such as IMechE; IChemE and ICE. In the radiation protection field we have a well structured programme for graduates to become accredited under the RPA 2000 scheme. Your mentor will support you to obtain professional chartered status with the relevant institutions.

Application Requirement
We are looking for people that are passionate about their work, driven and ready to take on genuine responsibilities. You will have an accredited degree with the relevant engineering institution at MEng level (minimum 2:1). A strong commercial focus is essential, so you will have some relevant work experience. In addition you will be a confident team player.
