We are looking for newly qualified graduates and postgraduates with at least an honours degree in one of the following disciplines or related subjects:-

Training & Development
Our graduate training programme is designed to provide you with a broad range of technical and managerial skills. From the beginning of your training you will be working on commercial projects (both in the UK and overseas) where you will be expected to make an immediate contribution, ensuring that you gain the experience required to become chartered or accredited with the relevant institution.

Our training programme is accredited by the ICE, and we have a well advanced programme for applying for accreditation with the IChemE, IMechE and IET. In the radiation protection field we have a well structured programme for graduates to become accredited under the RPA 2000 scheme.

You will have the opportunity to attend a range of formal management training courses during your first two years Nuvia. These cover topics such as communication, financial management, presentation skills, project and people management. Your additional training programme, including technical training, will be individually tailored to meet your individual development needs.

You will be assigned a mentor to guide you on the path to chartered or accredited status and to help you with developing your career plan, and your progress will be regularly appraised through career discussions with senior managers in the Company.
